The devil.

Tessie Mayes has turned into Satan.

For real.

She’s either acting like the devil or climbing all over me.

I swear to you, if she could crawl right back up my vagina she would totally do it.

Shoes, hair, teeth, clothes, barbies, dolls, painting, playing, swimming, sleep overs…..either it’s fun or it’s not fun, good or not good.

And you never know what you’re going to get.

Total crap shoot.

She’s four and I already feel like I’ve failed as a mother.

Believe it or not, Bram may be my only hope.

The below picture is AFTER Tessie Mayes was supposed to pick up her room.  AFTER an hour of crying over having to “DO EVERYTHING!”  (She cried about doing everything, not me.)

Oh, and after SHE called ME a JERK because I told her no ice cream until after her room was picked up.

An hour of struggle:

One thing that I didn’t capture in this lovely photo was the blue effing jello spilled on her rug.

Jello that she snuck in and tried to cover up with pillows so I couldn’t see.

Praise Jesus for Oxy Clean.

Oh my! A Bruner girl for sure! At my house it would be no ice cream again ever! And definitely quit buying Jello! You will survive this and she will be her sweet self again. My pediatrician asked me at Sydney’s 4 year old check up what I thought about having a 4 year old. I said well, it’s harder than I thought it would be. He laughed and said yep, it’s twice as bad as having a two year old:) Of course she had just turned 4 and I had no idea what the rest of the year…wait until she’s 8 and then 12. Love you!

I can’t get past the fact you used the word vagina.

Can I just say 5 isn’t much better??? Glad to hear that my kids aren’t the only kids who have to “DO EVERYTHING!”

I’m scared…like really scared. Hazel is 1 1/2 and she was in time out the morning 3 times before we left. Hitting Hagen, time out. Came out and hugged him then kicked him, time out. The came out and hugged him and then pushed him, time out. She is STUBBORN!!

Then there is Hagen…just as sweet as anything. I never thought I would be THAT mom to say kids are TOTALLY different but man…mine are proving it everyday!!
